Features
When you enter Villa you are immediately greeted with so much space over 2,600m2 all pavilions which are antique Joglos are separated around the large clover leaf pool providing all guests with their own peace of solitude or plenty of places to join together for dinner or drinks.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are very large luxurious appointed separate Joglo bunglows with their own bathrooms safe deposit box, air-conditioned and outdoor bathroom.
The master suite has its own 20m2 plunge pool.
Living Pavilion
The living pavilion is the centre piece to the property looking out across the gardens and pool.
The huge U shaped sofa is the centre piece and a great place to flop and read a book.
Dining Pavilion
The separate dining pavilion comfortably accommodates the largest group and is also home to the kitchen which has all modern high end specification appliances that will keep the fussiest cook happy.

How meals and Drinks work-The System
Food and beverage items are charged based on grocery cost system. Guests will need to
provide some money in advance and the staff will do the shopping for you and keep the
receipts for your reference.
Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement,
please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes.
While the villa has large food preparation areas, it is not a restaurant and cannot support
each individual guest ordering different foods for same dining periods. If you have a large
group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several
dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any
requirements with the chef or villa manager.
Food and Beverage Charges
Food items and beverage are charged at cost price + 10% with receipts available whenever you like. Please ask your manager if you wish to check your daily expense
Media and Entertainment
Guests staying at Villa enjoy full facilities including; satellite television, DVD players, wireless internet connection and safe deposit boxes sound system including an Ipod dock for your use to provide music to suit your mood throughout the villa.
There is also a dedicated media room great for sitting back to watch a movie or catch up with your favourite team.
Swimming Pool, Gardens and Pool Bale
The pool here is a 3 clover shape and very large it is the centerpiece of the whole villa.
There is plenty of pool longes and days beds around the pools and gardens.
Spa
Your villa manager will be happy to organize Spa staff to your villa a 60 min massage costs around US$20 per hour.
Staff
Villa is fully staffed with a house manager, housekeepers/butler and cook to meet your every need. Security is also provided.
