Villa Description
The Villa is a luxurious 5-bedroom mansion of 650 sq.m (for ten guests at most), which is to be used for family vacationing or among friends. The building assures everyone their privacy while at the same time offering common spaces to be convivially shared. Each room comes with its own large bathroom. There, only the sun or a starry night will be witnesses.
The Villa is furnished with a full-scale kitchen adorned by a huge dining area surrounded by a nicely sofa-equipped terrace. From there on, you will admire the view, including the pool house, the 12-by-5 meters swimming pool and the rice fields. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living room adorned by numerous sofas and salons facing traditional level-shaped rice fields. You could also gather in small salons on the terrace and play with the giant game of chess the Balinese people appreciate so much.
In the garden, nature lovers will taste complete serenity, comfortably sitting on plush banks or soft salons while admiring the smoothing scenery.
The Villa is set in the residential district of Canggu, fifteen minutes from the Famous Seminyak city offering many Restaurants, Shops and Evening Activities and forty minutes from the international Denpasar airport.
Numerous restaurants surround the villa. There you could taste the traditional Indonesian cuisine, a few minutes away from the Ecco Beach. You could also taste the beach cuisine while sitting on a Surfer’s bed!
Just minutes away from the villa, there is also an equestrian club and a very famous International Golf
V. SERVICES AND AMENITIES
A marketing manager will greet you at the airport and listen to your impressions during your stay.
A villa manager will tend to your every need, make reservations on your behalf and coordinate the mansion.
A cuisine Chef will prepare any dish you would like and tend to the barbecue. The cooking ingredients are at your charge. Please make sure you order your menu twenty-four hours in advance.
A chauffeur will drive you around eight hours a day. Note that gas is on you. Any extra hourwillbecharged IDR200.000.
Four maids will keep the mansion in pristine condition. They will also prepare your breakfast and serve you from 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Tree security guards will be on hand.
A gardener will keep the garden and the swimming pool in mint condition.
Any and all luxury-house accommodations will be provided to you, including

By all means, the villa manager will always please you in organizing your parties and tending to your every need
We shall remind our guests that their stay is not personal-insurance covered (falling, bug bite, sickness,) nor belonging covered (loss or theft of object). They should therefore contract a personal insurance policy. Our personnel will nonetheless insure your utmost safety.
